"I use to sell cars so when I got to the dealership i expected something different. There was no hassles and great deals. Paul was very informative and sold me a Honda sport atv a small Suzuki atv for my daughter and even a little honda dirt bike for my son. He did a great job and followed thru even after delivery. Jimmy did an amazing job at financing. No one in the dealership was pushy. I cant say enough about the great job everyone did and how friendly and helpful they all were. "The customer service was outstanding. I spoke with several other dealerships and this was these folks were the most knowledgable, and the most professional! The entire staff was courteous and friendly. They really wanted to "sell motorcycles", the other dealers acted like I was an annoyance since I wasn't buying right then. "I rode to your store last saturday with a buddy of mine to order some parts. I forgot and left my key in the on position on my bike. I went in the store and spent about an hour talking to Bob about new bikes, and ordering parts for my bike. Needless to say I had a dead battery. I walked in the garage and asked if a battery box was available. There was only a charger available. The mechanic on duty told me to bring my bike in, and he would charge it for me. I tried to pay them for their service, but they insisted that it was on the house. Just wanted to drop a line to let you know I appreciate what you did for me. When the time comes for a new bike I will be talking to Bob."

"I purchased my very first bike, a Honda Shadow Spirit 750 a few months ago. Bob Bright was very friendly and helpful in the whole process. I wanted to add a windshield and saddlebags and he assisted me with getting just the right accessories. Chris, in the service department, made some suggestions for additional items that would help make my ride better and easier for a first time rider and helped me to order them and then get them put on in a timely fashion. When time for my 600 mile checkup, the service department was very accommodating, quick and reasonable in price. Thanks for a great experience! I will be back."

"My fiance and I came in to check on some accesories. When leaving, the machanic noticed my rear tire was a little low (well flat). I had not had a flat on my bike before and after the shock of how much the plug was going to cost (($112.00) I know this is due to the time and expert knowledge it takes to take a rear tire off) I realized I would have to get it fixed. In no time flat he had the tire off, fixed, and back on again. On the receipt the mechanic's initials are J.L. and I would like to thank him again for helping me out this afternoon. We didn't quite beat the rain home, but we made it home safely on the repaired tire - we most certainly weren't stranded in the rain on the side of the road. Thanks again Volocity Powersports. "

"Your dealership sets a new bar for service standards in the motorcycle industry. I've dealt with many dealerships through the years, and yours is by far the best. I used Champion Honda once, never again! Your prices are competitive. I have personaly witnessed a transaction where you kept a customer and sacrificed cost. Your parts department guys are SUPER HELPFUL and always willing to go out of their way to make sure I get the info and parts I need (I know I've bothered them on more than one occassion!). I've only used your service department once, but it was a great experience. I always use you guys first, and I always try to send people your way. "My buying experience has been very positive, I walked in, found the bike I had been looking for, A Honda 919 and the sales staff went to work answering my Q's and then had me on it and papers signed before I left. There was never any rush to purchase that wasn't prompted by me.
I had my new Naked Sportbike with a five year Unlimited Mile Warranty and a year membership for the Honda Riders Club of America all for the same price as I had been quoted at other dealerships for the bike only.
